One of our dear friends and fellow photographer Marisa, who owns Marisa Chappell Photography, had to shoot a wedding….just a FEW weeks after delivering her beautiful baby boy. She was a little worried, so about a month before, we talked and I jumped on board to give her a helping hand being a 2nd shooter. I second shoot all the time for our company but it was my first experience 2nd shooting for someone other than Byron, so I was excited and nervous to work with Marisa. It was a great fit and we both clicked on what was needed without much ado 🙂
Erin + Dan were fabulous (especially because I personally hadn’t met them before the wedding!) and easy to work with. They seemed totally in the moment of the day, reveling in friends and family and their wasn’t an ounce of rushing. We even had almost an hour to work with the couple for bride/groom portraits and Marisa and I got our creative juices flowing during that time too 🙂
Thank you Marisa for the invitation to work together, I had such a great time and was glad to make it just a little easier on you!
