Wendy and I are totally stoked by this 1st place award from ISPWP (International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers) for their Spring 2017 contest of McKenzie + David’s wedding image! To put our award in perspective, this is 1st out of 20 spots in the Emotional Impact category and the wedding photographers submitting are the top wedding photographers through out the world, (now you can understand our excitement right?!). This was such a unique moment when they had their three dogs with them and the beautiful sun was illuminating the clouds and McKenzie’s dress…in addition to the fact that there was snow on the ground which doesn’t happen all the often out at Pronghorn Resort in Bend, Oregon. Just the perfect timing of McKenzie giving one of her dogs a little love and you have more than a special moment captured.
