We’ve been looking forward to going back to Rock Springs Guest Ranch, as it’s a beautiful outdoor, scenic venue for a wedding. With rockscape, small lake and trees abound, it’s the perfect backdrop for an outdoorsy couple like Kira + Cam. I’ve known Kira for a few years through work and the local advertising group, AdFed and sitting on the non-profit board together. She’s always radiated sunshine and smiles and is reliable and creative in the marketing space. Cam was just the same when we met him, full of smiles and fun. We did their engagement session at Shevlin Park awhile back, which set the tone for this fun-loving couple.
The wedding was a family affair, all the decor was set up perfectly by the bride’s aunt and family. Details were abound as even the bride’s mom and sister are full-time portrait photographers in Austin Texas. Birch wood stumps, hanging wildflowers, a dessert table that made my mouth water, woodburning guest book, custom labeled notes and wish tree, coozies and Silipints (as the guest favors) and they even brought in the Margarita MAN!
From the beginning, Kira was surrounded by her two sisters. I love sisterhood (and have an older sister too!) and it was a joy to watch these women come together! The stories they shared and obvious love for one another was inspiring.
Kira + Cam, we wish you both the absolute best. Below are some of the highlights of the day but there’s plenty more where that came from 🙂 Hugs to you both as you start your new married journey together!
All the best,
B + W

Dreamy comes to mind here…

Love the custom logo for your event guys, all these little touches were stunning.
The decor and reception room was dazzling. Antique varied plates, birch wood, wildflowers and moss, pine everywhere.
Kira recommends every bride try a decorative flat 🙂
Custom jewelry for bride and her maids from Cam’s mom – it was awesome!
These are unretouched eyes…they just were shining o’ natural – Kira!
Byron’s always in charge of the creative ring shots. 🙂
Sisterhood is an amazing thing! Beautiful gals….I think I’ll go call my sister right now 🙂
Reversed ‘First Look’ …so the groom comes to meet his bride.
The moment we always look forward to in the wedding day – gets me jittery just thinking about it.
OMG, the dessert table! These details don’t do it justice (you’ll have to wait to see the full edit for all the yummies!!)
Yup, this made me cry. That’s one lucky dad.
….sealed with a kiss.
Shot through the window as Kira signs ‘Kira Kelley” for the first time.
The bride works for Silipint and had custom logo’d pints with the ‘Margarita Man’ pouring the love. They also had custom pint coozies – LOVE.
Both sisters had pages and pages of stories, memories and laughs to share…love this moment.
We like a little dance funkyness from time to time 🙂 Rear sync offers some interesting effects.
Having some fun with DJ Dave Clemens!
