{Katie + Rudy} Bend, Oregon Wedding Photography

Lot’s of details in the beautiful wedding of {Katie + Rudy} that began at the historic St. Francis of Assisi Church in downtown Bend, Oregon.  Kate’s short dress and bird cage veil looked fabulous next to the guys who we’re stylin in their cardigans and skinny pants.  One really cool idea was Katie’s creation of all the bridal flowers, (bouquet’s and boutonnieres) out of fabric and I can only tell you they we’re every bit as sweet as real flowers!!  Super unique to this wedding was their decision to have the reception at the swank downtown restaurant 900 Wall where creative eats and cocktails were there for the taking and allowed friends and family to mingle with ease.  Being within walking distance to the reception from the church, Wendy and I were able to spend some time with Katie and Rudy while the sun was just incredible and I was completely blown away by the colors that ended up reflecting back from the building walls, (think brilliant red/orange)!  Then their were the details like the macaroon tree (check out the multi-colored pyramid) that Rudy had brought up from LA and the red Bend Trolley that helped move people around and we can’t forget the fantastic toasts, (need I say brides maid’s rapping?)!  Yes, what a night it was!!  Enjoy
